Trails
Not far to the south (your left as you walk away from Cadder towards the Leisuredrome) is Jellyhill, once a village housing workers from the Cadder Colliery. A mineral railway ran passed here from the main line to the Cadder pits on the far side of Mavis Valley, where there were also a miner’s row.
The Cadder Colliery was owned by the Carron Company.
