Volunteer Research Opportunity - Women's Histories

Exciting opportunity to become involved in Trails and Tales Programme as a volunteer researcher on our Hidden Histories of Women across East Dunbartonshire Project. A collaboration between Trails and Tales and Glasgow Women’s Library, this project is working with local people within the community to gather hidden histories of women from diverse East Dunbartonshire communities. The opportunity will enable work with Trails and Tales team members in collecting and inputting information about notable women from East Dunbartonshire and will involve use of East Dunbartonshire archives, collections and local libraries.

If you have an interest or knowledge of women’s histories, archives or museums, this could be the role for you. Time commitment is anticipated at 1 day/week however time and location of work place would be discussed and agreed to suit the successful candidate and needs of the project.
