Bishopbriggs & Auchinairn Wednesday the 28th September

Trails and Tales is a Heritage & Arts learning programme which has been engaging communities in East Dunbartonshire with artists to explore local history and heritage. The learning will inform the design and creation of a series of outdoor sculptural arts and heritage trails, across local communities.

We are holding an event on Wednesday the 28th of September 7 – 9pm at Bishopbriggs Library We plan to update you on the Trails and Tales project and present some suggested trail routes and the heritage stories we have gathered for Bishopbriggs and Auchinairn. It is very important to us that the location and the stories of these trails are informed by local people and reflect the unique history of these places. We believe T&T is a meaningful consultation & engagement programme, which is about community aspirations and we need you to input to this final stage. As always refreshments and friendly faces provided.
