Kate Black

Kate is a qualified and highly experienced Drama facilitator and has a BA Degree in Community Arts (University of Strathclyde). She has designed, developed and delivered many creative training and consultation workshops for various agencies and businesses. Kate uses a variety of theatre techniques in a training and consultation environment. She has worked with the Citizens’ Theatre Learning Department, Scottish Opera, Sense over sectarianism and Parent Network Scotland. She has over 20 years experience of delivering drama workshops and projects with young people.

Kate has a vast experience of working with community groups including offender groups. Kate is also very experienced in designing and delivering training workshops using drama methods for the delivery of the Curriculum for Excellence which she does in partnership with Visual Artist, Rachel Mimiec
