Did you or/and your child take part in an activity with us in the past 12 months? It may have been a music, art, stone carving or metal forging workshop, a women’s history event, a creative writing or reading workshop,or an update meeting from the Trails and Tales team.
If you did, please take the time to fill out this evaluation survey – your feedback is very important to us. This should only take 10 – 15 minutes and if you provide your contact details, you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a £30 Amazon voucher.
